Recipe-01) Zucchini Noodles Roll With Veggies
- Spaghetti Sliced Zucchini
- Grated carrot
- Black pepper
- Hung curd/low-fat mayo
Steps-01) Cut out / curled out some noodles shape Zucchini & Sauté It
Bring some zucchini and cut out/ curl it out with some noodle shape. Remember to slice or cut them lengthwise. Next, sauté these slices with sprinkling salt on either side to make it softer. Keep them aside.
Steps-02) Grated Some Carrot & Season it With Herbs
Grate a carrot and season it with herbs of your choice, salt, pepper, and mix them with some hung curd or low-fat mayo.

- Zucchini curls
- Garlic (3-4 cloves)
- Spinach (4 cups)
- Olive oil/ sunflower oil
For Garnishing –
- Parmesan cheese
- Cracked Black pepper
For Chicken Marination –
- Dried herbs
- Garlic powder
- Dried basil
- Dried parsley
- Dried thyme, and
- Dried Rosemary.
Steps-01) Prepare & Bake The Chicken
Before baking, the chicken:
- Sprinkle some dried herbs, garlic powder, dried basil, dried parsley, dried thyme, and dried Rosemary on it.
- Mix it out with your hand and keep the marinated chicken aside.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook it for 20-30minutes, or until the digital thermometer reaches 160-165⁰.
- Remove the chicken and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
Steps-02) Sauté the Garlic & Spinach
Take a saucepan on the stove and pour 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil/ avocado oil. Next, chop three garlic cloves and add them to the pan. Stir it for 20-30 seconds. Next, put 4 cups of fresh spinach on it. Keep it stirred until wilted.

- ¼ tsp salt
- zucchini -(4 medium size)
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Two garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Black pepper
For garnishing –
- Fresh pine nuts & basil leaves
Steps-01) Make A paste of Basil Pesto
Toast the pine nuts and cashew under low, medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Do not add any oil there. Toast it gently. Next, please put it in the food processor. Add other ingredients into the food processor except for cherry tomato, and mozzarella cheese. Next, pour some olive oil into the mixture. Revolve your food processor and let it blend until you’re getting a creamy, smooth paste. Set the paste aside.
Steps-02) Cut Out The tomatoes & Cheese balls in Half
Cut out the tomatoes in Half. Along with these, cut out the mozzarella balls in half and place them in the same cup or bowl. Take off the pesto from the food processor and pour them into the bowl.

Time- 10-20 minutes
- Four medium zucchini
- 1.5 lb approx 30 raw shrimp (peeled & detained)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Four garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp butter/ ghee
- One lemon, juice & zest
- ¼ Cup white wine/chicken broth
- ¼ cup minced parsley
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt & pepper for taste
Steps-01) Cut out the zucchini with a spiralizer & Prepare for the Next
First, cut out all the zucchini with a spiralizer, then set them aside. Now, heat the oil in a pan (large) over medium heat. Pour the shrimp into it and sprinkle some salt & pepper over them. Cook it for 1-2 minutes without stirring. It will make the shrimp a little crispy on each side.
Steps-02) Add some chopped garlic, white wine, butter, and lemon juice to it

- 1 Lb ground turkey
- ¼ Cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- One large egg
- Three tbs chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/ ½ oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Four medium zucchini
- 4 Provolone grated cheese
Steps-01) Make A Turkey Meatball
To make a turkey meatball, combine turkey mince, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, Parmesan, one garlic clove, and 1⁄2 tablespoon of salt and pepper in a bowl. Make a meatball with them around 12-13. Next, heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a large saucepan and put the meatball in them one by one. Stir it after 1-2 minutes until it gets brownish golden.
Steps-02) Prepare The Zoodles Spaghetti
Heat the remaining oil into the saucepan over medium level, and add the zucchini and remaining garlic. Stir and cook it until the mixture gets tender and prepared. Sprinkled some salt and pepper over the mixture. Now, add some cheese balls into the pan, and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes until it gets brownish.
